I was Colorado born and raised, and am dedicated to serving my community with nervous system focused chiropractic care. I discovered chiropractic in high school when adjustments helped me over come sports injuries, which sparked an interest in how proper alignment and movement support athletic performance and overall well-being. I earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, where I developed a deep passion for how the body works.
While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, I trained in a variety of techniques and came to see chiropractic as more than pain relief—an approach that supports health across the lifespan. One technique that particularly captured my interest was the Gonstead Technique. The Gonstead system is designed to help identify the root cause of pain as well as other symptoms the body may be experiencing. These can include menstrual discomfort, digestive concerns, and sleep disturbances. Through my own prenatal and postpartum experiences, chiropractic care made a significant and positive impact on my overall well-being.
I have also completed additional Webster Technique and prenatal chiropractic training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
I am committed to the belief that from womb to tomb everyone benefits from chiropractic care, I am ready to bring nervous system focused care to patients of all ages in my Colorado community.
Why Chiropractic?
Chiropractic recognizes that true healing comes from within the body itself, rather than from the adjustment alone. It is not simply about relieving back pain or producing the “pop” or “crack” many people associate with chiropractic. Instead, chiropractic begins with evaluating the nervous system to identify areas of interference that may be contributing to imbalance or discomfort. By addressing the root cause rather than masking symptoms, chiropractic supports long-term health rather than a temporary “band-aid” solution.
At Harmony Chiropractic, we view chiropractic care as a foundation for whole-body wellness because it helps restore the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt to its environment. A detailed analysis will be performed to locate areas of nervous system experiencing interference and provide gentle, specific adjustments tailored to each individual’s unique body and health needs.
At our Arvada, Colorado chiropractic office, our approach is centered around personalized care, ensuring that every patient receives attention that aligns with their lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being. By improving communication between the brain and body, chiropractic adjustments support better movement, increased energy, and enhanced overall health.

Regular care can help reduce stress on the body, improve posture, and support the nervous system in functioning at its highest level.
